We were a little skeptical ordering online given the quality of cheaper mattresses at bed stores but some other reviews swayed us and it is absolutely worth it. Very good quality, can't feel the springs and a good level of firmness

It feels like a risk buying a mattress online where you haven’t seen/felt it in person, but I’m glad I bought this one. So far it seems great quality and a nice thickness. Not a thin cheap mattress. On the medium side in terms of firmness (which we like), it still has a slight soft top though. I would buy this again.
