Why does it not come with a charger ?

I'm extremely disappointed in this item given that it had instructions to charge the battery but came with no power adapter. I read similar reviews on Kogan's website and hoped that the issue would be sorted, but clearly, it hasn't. Terrible service.

I received everything including charger it’s been working well have had it for nearly 4 months an have had no problems, other than I need to purchase new charger as I broke the one I had oops lol other than that awesome service awesome product

Funny how I'm reading the reviews about the item I got the charger with the laptop when I first purchased it that was two years ago and I'll only had a problem right now because I can't find the charger for it but it's done brilliant for my youngest one and my oldest one is well so they use it for homework like I see now I've got to find another charger for it but great 😃
